WATER WRITES...

Dear User
shame to you all
The Ignorant
Iam your life
But you seem not to value me
Give me all the respect
For in me
Is eternal life
If you continue abusing me
Surely, all forms of life
Will wither away
Have you ever imagined,
Life without me?
I tell you, it will be unbearable
Think twice
For every drop counts...

LET'S SPREAD THE MESSAGE OF LIFE

Water is health
and health is wealth,
Water is verve
It really makes us serve,
Water is zeal
Provided fresh it feels,
So let’s not waste it
Let’s not pollute it,
Rather save it and preserve it,
So, drink water and stay fit

WATER FOR EVERYONE

Nice
But not sweet
Ever good
In its natural state
Precious!
Ubiquitous...
A rare gift from the above world
Forget not
I mean WATER
A precious resource
Precious indeed!
Lets use it wisely
Keep it clean
Its water for everyone
Our lives depend on it
And so future generations

WATER, WATER, WATER

Water, water, water
The perfect weapon
Controlling all forms of life
Unique and magnificent
Without you all forms of life will wither
Surely you have no substitute

Water, water, water
for the dumb without haste
Pollute the dreaded liquid ignorantly
Will law save the world from holocaust
Together control curb it all
Let the water flow a while
In a clean mile

MY NAME IS WATER

who am i?
my name is water
without me,crops die
animals die people die
industries die
thats me water
but what surprise me is
do you people know
who am i?
i doubt,
you let your industrial waste
pollute me when i
come in abundance to water
your crops you complain
but do you know
who am i?
my name is water
i have come to save lives
not to destroy
that is me water

I AM YOUR LIFE

I am your life
you all depend on me
for in me
is enternal life
ln me is
joyous growth
shame to you,
the ignorant, blind
the deaf
For l am important
ln all respect
but you seem
so unconcerd
hey!
Don't abuse me

I am your life
You all depend on me
For in me
Is eternal life
In me is
joyous growth
shame to you
the ignorant blind
the deaf
for i am important
in all respects
but you seem
so unconcerned
Hey!
Do not abuse me
I am your life!

DEDICATION TO WATER

In deep sleep
My thoughts are focused on you
On the edges of my eyelids
The reflection of your stature always appears
What then can i do without you Water?
What else can separate us?
If you are stationed for me
And i am what i am because of you
I always wonder ".......?"
How the world was going to be without you
I frequently caught them saying
"People meet to part..."
But i strongly doubt
Whether this is of any significance to us
When i ruminate of your warm love
Your deep respect,
Your Faithfulness
I see no point of not declaring you a hero
"Water you are my Life"
And forever i shall sing the song, "...!...!..?"
In praise of your determination and power over me.

CONSERVE WATER

It brings growth and life
to living organisms
plants flourish humans
cherish its presence
A world without water
is dead
SAVE WATER to remain
alive and healthy

W.A.T.E.R

Warm loving mother
After giving you true everlasting love
Through availability and reliability
Everlasting love I promise I shall always be dished to you,
reap, reap reap but please give me the respect I deserve.

WATER LAMENTS

Mother of all lives,
A root that gives life
Life serving creature
You used to dedicate all these names to me.

But look at what your sons,
Your daughters and grandchildren are doing to me
Tossing, my innocent soul,
As if I am of their age,
Sewage dumped in me
As if I am of no significance to their lives

Their industrial effluent,
Domestic garbage,
All left for me to swallow

Sanctions, very soon sanctions
I am going to lift up sanctions
Against you cowards

Lovemore Dhoba

SORROWFUL WATER

Happy Independency
What sort of independency is it without me?
Happy Christmas,
What comes first, Christmas or Water?
Hapy birthday my daughter,
Who is she to be honoured,
When the day I was born has never been recognized.
I lament that I also had a mother,
One who could also give care and love to me,
Now that you have a Tree Planting Day on your Calendar,
Where is Water and Sanitation Day?
You shall cry the day I will bade a farewell to this lovely environment,
A big farewell to make you feel the impact,
All of you shall shout,
“Water our Savior, Water…”
But let me reassure you,
I will be gone,
Gone and never come back.
You people made me mourn,
Why I accepted responsibility of shouldering you,
Oh! I cry,
And cost the day I was born.

MYSTERIOUS WATER

Put them in water
Immerse them
Rinse them
Wash them
Clean them
What can you do
In this world
Without water
Don't waste every
Drop of water
Conserve it for later use
And for later generations.
