From an early age, we learn to ask for water in our mother tongue. Imagine if people all over the world could get to know your word for ‘water’. We are preparing a database for ‘water’ words in different languages. All you need to do is email the word for ‘water’ to Chalaka Fernando and explain how to pronounce it in English.
